Quality of Service Counts
All our types of service inspections are based
on the livable square footage of a house, instead
of by purchase price. The bigger the house, the
more there is to inspect, thus, more time involved.
Home Inspection Fees
Standard Fees
Prices vary from $325. (based on a 1700 square foot,
double car garage, single family dwelling).

Additonal fees apply to a 70+ year old home, crawl
space, finished Basement
kitchen in basement, 3rd car garage, outbuilding

Exceptions
Exceptions will be made for larger or unique properties
or those containing multiple units such as duplex
or triplex. Inspections involving several site visitations
such as those during a home building construction,
will cost more due to the time involved and the
uniqueness of this service.
Mold and Air Quality
testing fees
On completion of collecting samples
with various equipment, swabs and tape tests, a
chain of custody paperwork will be put into effect.
The laboratory results will be returned in 4 business
days and the report will include a cover letter,
a summary identifying the findings, the actual lab
results, photo logs and field sheets.

Payment Schedule
All
services must be authorized by signature before
the inspection.
Payment
for the service is due upon completion of the Inspection
by cheque, cash or money order.
Service
charge of $25.00 for all returned cheques.
All
prices are subject to change without notice.
There
will be additional costs when the Inspector has
to travel more than 50km + (l00km round trip) from
Lindsay, Ontario
