is owned and operated by Dave Ford, a
City of Kawartha Lakes, Ontario based Company. Serving
the City of Kawartha Lakes, Central Ontario
and the Greater Toronto area and the main
focus of our
service is Home inspections,
Environmental issues and Locksmith services.
We will walk you through all of the questions about
any previous concerns you have, as well as any that
may arise by yourself or by the inspector during
the process. We will be looking at every visible
area of your home or cottage inside and out and
inspect areas we are unable to take you to. Together
this home inspection process will help you to create
the best possible decision and solution.
Kawartha Environmental is certified and
insured. We are a certified member of NACHI
(National Association of Certified Home
Inspectors) trained and certified by AHIT
(American Home Inspector Training), a qualified
member of ESA
(Environmental Solution Association) IAC2
for which we hold the classification of
a certified mold and air quality inspector. Testing
is performed by Guardian Inspections and the lab
analysis is assessed by PRO-LAB
- the leading provider of environmental laboratory
testing services in the world. We are licenced
in Locksmithing services TAOL
(The Association of Ontario Locksmiths).
and an affiliate member of the Chamber
of Commerce in the City of Kawartha
Lakes.

Company has 35 years overall
experience within the construction industry. With
Dave’s hands-on experience, you will benefit
and find solutions, provided by our services which
include Home Inspections, Mold and Air quality testing,
and Locksmithing. Our company is certified, insured
and equipped with current reporting and testing
technology.
Because we work solely for you, we are able to
“call it as we see it”, as we are not
associated with any specific real estate agency
or agent. To ensure you have our undivided attention
Dave does not carry his cell phone during the inspection.
